Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Business development
  • Identifying and growing client base in the market in order to meet business objectives and sales targets
  • Initiating relationships with multi-level decision-makers through phone, marketing mailer campaigns, and presentations
  • Communicating with prospects by familiarizing oneself with Company credentials, various contractual engagements, etc.
  • Working on client specific pitch presentations
  • Lead generation for co-branded activities / alliances
  • Provides ideas to attract new partners and expand sales.
  • Makes contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
  • Finds solutions to client problems.
  • Understands all of the company's service offerings and clearly communicates them to clients and prospective clients.
  • Attends trade shows, seminars, conferences and industry training programs.
  • Maintaining Client relationship, client servicing end to end.

Experience / Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in Pre-sales / post sales.
  • Business Development, Corporate Sales, CRM
  • Good knowledge of MS office and fluent in English.

Qualifications - Minimum

  • MBA Marketing from a reputed college.

Personality Attributes / Traits:

  • Effective communication and Negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

Salary range

  • It will be anywhere from 4.5 Lakhs – 6 Lakhs.

Notice period:

  • The notice period can be from 30 days to 45 days.

Job Description:

  • Capability to know and understand the concepts of branding, brand communication thoroughly
  • Understanding digital branding and is able to plan, execute, monitor and report the branding activities for any brand
  • Designing & managing the social media marketing strategy for clients; focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram
  • Ability to write creative quotes, punch lines, taglines, ad content for any brand
  • Ability to drive engagement on any social platform as well as capability of having offline synchronization for branding activities
  • Effectively manage a team and client deliverables
  • Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to client sites and generate leads for our clients
  • Playing a brand consulting/advising role with respect to the online advertising environment
  • Co-ordinate with the graphic designing team to create innovative designs.

Job Location: Pune

The Full Stack Developer will work as a part of Software development team to design and develop custom front-end solutions that meet the needs of the business and clients. This resource will be required to participate in mutually deliverable goals and coordinate efforts that maximize the contributions of the team.

What do we expect from you?

  • A strong product design sense
  • Know at least one dynamic language like PHP, Python, Java
  • Experience with Angular JS, CSS3, Bootstrap, HTML5 etc.
  • Some experience with relational database system (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
  • Understand end user requirements, formulate use cases and come up with effective solutions
  • Good understanding of REST APIs and the web in general
  • Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion
  • A willingness to learn new technology, whatever lets you deliver the best product
  • Basic knowledge of Linux OS and Web Servers
