  • Sanskruti Feedback portal application is designed and developed to get customer feedbacks.


  • Today, every business expects growth and looks forward for customer retention.
  • Sanskruti wanted to build a smartphone app where the customers could rate and also send feedbacks about the services.


  • We analyzed the requirements to find the main features of the feedback mobile app.
  • The below parameters were shortlisted to gather feedbacks:

  • Quality of Food
  • Quality of Services
  • Ambience
  • Cleanliness
  • Activities
  • Basic user information and comments

Flow Design

  • With simplicity and usability in mind, the flow was very simple to visualize. Anyone who was supposed to give feedback could quickly give feedbacks within few clicks.
  • We would first have the "About Us "and "Feedback" option on home screen.
  • The next in the flow would be Submit feedback which showed successful submit status.


  • The aim of the project was to reach the customers. Thus, a thorough research was conducted on the fonts and smiley images that would be used. That would keep the customer interested in app like play game. On that note the development team began with their work and within no time an error free, completely functional and highly interactive app was ready to be used.
  • The admin panel was a tricky part to develop. It would be a space where all the recent feedbacks would be uploaded. Thanks to our highly experienced team, even this milestone was achieved without any roadbumps.
  • The app would support all the versions of android and ios with multiple resolution screens.

Result Achieved

  • We built varied screens for form filling and to gather user based information, reviews and ratings.
  • This application could work both on online and offline mode along with auto sync functionality. This mobile app avoided the constraint like continuous internet usage.
